Use this to marinate poultry, pork ribs or spice up stir-fry vegetables, potatoes and eggs. This rub has a hint of curry flavour with a touch of mild chilli heat. This is one of our top-selling seasoning rubs! One packet marinates about 2kg of meat or seafood.

How To Use :

Use 40g of Golden Satay Rub for 1 kg of meat or seafood.

Sprinkle some oil, then rub the seasoning onto the meat/seafood evenly.

Refrigerate marinated meat for at least 4 hours before grilling.

For better flavour, allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

For seafood, marinate for 2 – 4 hours.
