How To Use :
Use 40g of Smokey Black Pepper Rub for 1 kg of meat or seafood.
Rub it onto the meat thoroughly with/without cooking oil.
Wrap the meat in a plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before grill.
For better flavour, place it in the refrigerator for a longer time.
Use it to bake, grill, sear or bbq!
