Ingredients: Paprika, Cayenne, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cloves, Garlic, Ginger, Salt and Spices

Ingredients you will need:
- 2kg of chicken parts skinned
- 80g Tandoori Spice Blend
- 1 cup or 200g of plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
Using a bowl, mix Tandoori Spice Blend, yogurt, cooking oil and lemon juice to make a marinade.
Add prepared chicken parts into the marinade, wrap or cover the meat and refrigerate it for 1 hour or up to 24 hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 180°c on grill.
Place the chicken in a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes, or until tender.
Garnish with lemon and serve with rice or with salad!
