Tandoori Spice Blend


To use with Chicken, Lamb, Pork or Beef.

One packet marinates at least 2kg of meat.

Packed in food grade resealable spice pouch.

Ingredients: Paprika, Cayenne, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cloves, Garlic, Ginger, Salt and Spices

All natural with no MSG, no Preservative.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 2kg of chicken parts skinned
  • 80g Tandoori Spice Blend
  • 1 cup or 200g of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar


Using a bowl, mix Tandoori Spice Blend, yogurt, cooking oil and lemon juice to make a marinade.

Add prepared chicken parts into the marinade, wrap or cover the meat and refrigerate it for 1 hour or up to 24 hours before cooking.

Preheat oven to 180°c on grill.

Place the chicken in a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes, or until tender.

Garnish with lemon and serve with rice or with salad!
