CORIANDER, CHILLI, FENNEL, CUMIN, TURMERIC, CANDLENUT & OTHER SPICES
Make into a paste by mixing with about 250ml of water.
Fry Vegetarian Curry paste with at least 8 tablespoons of cooking oil with medium heat until fragrant.
Add 1600ml of water and add vegetables.
Add 500ml of coconut milk when all ingredients are cooked, wait till it is boiling then turn off the fire.
Serves 10 pax.
