A guide on how to cook Vegetarian Curry for 5 pax

Prepare:

75g Vegetarian Curry Spice Blend

160ml water to make a paste

6 tbsp cooking oil

1kg vegetables

600ml-800ml water

200ml coconut cream

salt

Directions:

1. Place Vegetarian Curry Spice Blend in a large bowl,gradually stir in water to achieve a batch of Vegetarian Curry paste.

2. Using a frying pan, stir-fry Vegetarian Curry paste with cooking oil on low heat for about 8 mins.Transfer curry paste into a pot.

3. Add water then add vegetables.

4. Stir in coconut cream when vegetables are cooked.

5. Add salt to taste.
