Shipping Policies
Maximum weight per shipment is capped at ≤1.9kg for all international shipping.
Anthony The Spice Maker reserves all rights to cancel any order which exceeds the maximum weight per shipment.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.
Anthony The Spice Maker is not liable for any lost packages during shipping. There will be no refund once the order has been processed and mailed out. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in the receiving country. Kindly note that Anthony The Spice Maker will not be responsible for any delays or customs charges imposed by the country of destination and the shipping time indicated above does not include any unforeseen customs delays.

Payment
1. Credit/ Debit Card
All credit card and debit payments are accepted. After selecting credit/debit card payment at the checkout page, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure site to proceed with payment. You do not need a PayPal account – simply select the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” option.
PayPal has a buyer protection policy and your credit/ debit card information will not be revealed to any other parties.
2. PayNow / Internet iBanking / ATM Fund Transfer
Direct Bank Transfer payment is available for all local Singapore orders as an alternative to PayPal payment. Anthony The Spice Maker accepts electronic bank payments ( eg. PayNow, Internet iBanking or ATM bank transfer) from any bank in Singapore. Payment can be made to the following bank account:

We will process your order once your payment is successfully received.
All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. We will process your order once your payment is successfully received.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
