CHILLI, CANDLENUT, SUGAR, SALT & SPICES.
1) Use a blender, blend 280g diced onion & 150ml water.
2) Add premix spices into the blender to produce a paste.
KEEP REFRIGERATED. lf not consumed within 3 days, store in a freezer.

Dried Shrimp Chilli
- 150g dried shrimps ( hae bee)
- use half of Sambal Kang Kong paste
- 4 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp of sugar
Fry dried shrimps with cooking oil until fragrant and remove from pan.
Stir-fry Sambal Kang Kong paste with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Add prepared dried shrimps and mix well with some sugar.
Use the desired amount and fry with Kang Kong/vegetables.
