Is there a minimum order required to place an order online?

No, there is no minimum order required. We ship to you even if it’s just one packet. However, we recommend that you fully utilize the local shipping fees of a $6 flat rate.

During covid time, do you ship everywhere?

Currently, we are still able to ship our products to many countries except for a handful of countries and cities in which SingPost has temporarily suspended its courier services.

How is the international shipping cost calculated?

International shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the products added to the cart as well as the shipping destination zones. The total shipping cost is automatically calculated by our system. Please refer to Shipping Info for more details.

Are your products hassle-free to ship overseas? Will we meet with any problem with the customs abroad?

Our products are safe to be shipped or brought anywhere in the world! All of our products are dry, and spices normally do not meet with any problems at the customs.

How long does it take for international shipping to reach the recipient?

Typically, international shipping via airmail takes about 2 working weeks to arrive at the recipient once the order has been mailed out within 1-2 working days. You may plan ahead, and place your order early to arrive at the recipient on time. Please refer to Shipping Info for more details.

Do you have a physical shop?

Yes! We have two stores both in the Chinatown precinct of Singapore. Please refer to Retail Outlets for more information.

What is the best way to store the spices to maintain their freshness?

Firstly, we would usually recommend you to keep them in the resealable spice pouches that we have packed the spices in and as much as you can, squeeze out the air in the packaging before zipping it tight. This way, you can better maintain the freshness. 

Secondly, if you are living in Singapore or anywhere with higher humidity, we highly recommend that you store the spices in the refrigerator should you not use them fast. Alternatively, store the spices somewhere cool and dry without direct sunlight.

Are your spice blends/premixes dry or wet?

The premixes are all dry powder. This means they are suitable to be shipped abroad via postal services unlike wet pastes, which are not allowed.

Do you do custom blending/spice grinding services?

Sorry, we do not provide custom blending or spice grinding services. However, for corporate or event orders, kindly email us at order@anthonythespicemaker.com.

Are all your spices organic certified?

No, our spices are not organic certified. However, we ensure that our spices are unadulterated which means – 100% pure, raw and natural, no colourings, no fillers, no additives, no msg, no preservatives, essentially, no-nonsense.

Do you have salt-free or sugar-free options for your spice blends/premixes?

Depending on which product range, our range of curry blends and ATSM Wellness ( eg. Curry Powder Singapura, Masala Chai, Golden Turmeric etc. ) they are all sugar-free. For products that are salted, we use Himalayan Pink Salt in the blend. Please refer to the ingredients stated on our website for each product listing.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free and vegan-friendly! For any dietary concerns, kindly study the ingredients stated on each product listing on our website.
