CHILLI, GARLIC, GINGER, TURMERIC, CANDLENUT, SUGAR, SALT & SPICES.
1) Use a blender, blend (250g – 300g) diced onion & 120ml water.
2) Add premix spices into the blender to produce a paste.
KEEP REFRIGERATED. lf not consumed within 3 days, store in a freezer.

- use half of Traditional Otah paste
- 5 tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 500g-700g minced fish
- 60ml coconut milk
- 1 large egg
- banana leaves
Stir-fry Traditional Otah paste with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Add sugar, and let paste cool before mixing with egg, coconut milk, and minced fish.
Wrap with banana leaf.
Steam, bake or barbecue according to preference.
Best with rice or bread!
